Child Safety Standards
Evîn has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and how we prevent, detect, and report it.
Adults only (18+)
Evîn is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Users must confirm their date of birth at sign-up, and accounts found to belong to minors are removed. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating or using an account.
Prohibited conduct and content
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact, sexualise, or exploit a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAM anywhere on the service.
- Trafficking, sextortion, or any other exploitation of children.
Violations result in immediate removal of content, account termination, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
How we prevent and detect abuse
- Age gating at registration (18+) and enforcement against underage accounts.
- User reporting and blocking tools available throughout the app.
- Review of reported profiles, messages, and media, and removal of violating content and accounts.
Reporting
In the app: use the Report and Block options on any profile or conversation to flag child-safety concerns.
By email: contact info@evinapp.net to report CSAE/CSAM or any child-safety concern.
We act on reports promptly, remove violating content and accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report CSAM to the appropriate national and regional authorities (including bodies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement), in line with applicable law.
Compliance
Evîn complies with all applicable child-safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement. We maintain a designated point of contact for child-safety matters.
