Delete your account
You can delete your Evîn account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest for you.
1 Delete in the app
- Open Evîn and sign in.
- Go to Profile → tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm — your account and profile are removed immediately.
2 Request by email
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account:
this email : info@evinapp.netSubject: “Delete my Evîn account”. We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, date of birth, gender, bio, interests, origin, languages)
- Your photos and any media you uploaded
- Your matches, likes and favourites
- Your chat messages, voice notes and shared media
- Your approximate location and app activity
- Your account credentials and device / push identifiers
What may be kept, and for how long
- Purchase / subscription records — retained where required for tax, accounting and fraud prevention (managed via Google Play).
- Backups & logs — residual copies in secure backups are purged no later than 90 days after deletion.
- Anonymised / aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.
