Welcome to Evîn. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Evîn mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By creating an account or using Evîn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Evîn.
By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement under the laws of your country.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are under 18 or have violated these Terms.

2. Account Creation and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account with others or use another user’s account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately at info@evinapp.net if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies or pose security risks.

3. Use of the App
Evîn is designed to help users connect for dating and social interaction in a safe and respectful environment.
You agree to use the App in accordance with the following rules:
Do not:
Post or share unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Impersonate any person or entity
Solicit money, spam, or advertise products/services
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App
Share another user’s information without consent
We may remove content or terminate accounts violating these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. User Content
By uploading or posting any content (such as photos, text, or media), you grant Evîn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the App.
You retain ownership of your content. However, you are solely responsible for the content you share.
Evîn does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of content posted by users.

5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy (available in the App and on our website).
By using Evîn, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of Evîn (e.g., premium features) may require payment or a subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or stated otherwise in the App Store / Play Store policy.
Prices and subscription plans may change with prior notice.

Evîn uses your location (with permission) to show nearby users.
You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, but this may limit some features of the App.

8. Safety and User Interaction
Evîn cannot verify every user’s identity or intentions.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline.
We encourage you to:
Never share financial or personal details with others
Meet in public places for your safety
Report suspicious or harmful behavior via the in-app reporting tools
Evîn is not responsible for any damage, loss, or harm resulting from user interactions.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials in the App (including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software) are owned or licensed by Evîn App and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of Evîn for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
You violate these Terms or our policies
Your activity risks the safety or integrity of the platform
Required by law or court order
You may delete your account at any time in the App or by contacting us at info@evinapp.net.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Evîn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evîn disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evîn App and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, reputation, profits, or goodwill
Damage arising from unauthorized access, technical failures, or user conduct
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using Evîn within the last 12 months.

Updates will be posted within the App and on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Evîn after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the international laws, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Users outside the EU may also have rights under local consumer protection laws.

17. Entire Agreement
